It carries the maximum 10-year residency period.
Who it is for
Doctors already licensed or seeking to practise in the UAE, with backing from the Ministry of Health; Scientists with a recommendation from the UAE Council for Scientists or a recognised scientific excellence award; Inventors with a recommendation from the Ministry of Economy; Creative professionals in culture and the arts, endorsed by the Ministry of Culture and Youth or a relevant department of culture and arts; Senior executives who can show an attested degree, at least 5 years of experience, an employment contract, and a qualifying salary; Athletes recommended by the General Sports Authority or a relevant sports council; PhD holders and specialists in priority scientific and engineering fields.
