What counts as extraordinary ability?

It means sustained recognition in your field, backed by evidence. You either have a single major achievement, such as a top international award, or you meet at least three of the eight O-1A criteria, for example awards, press, judging, original contributions, scholarly articles, high pay, selective memberships, or a critical role.

O-1A or O-1B, which one applies to me?
